    Now let's ask ourselves what law firms might be involved in this: Balch & Bingham for certain, Hunton Williams maybe.
    Neither is known for bargain retainer and hourly fees.

    An ADEM official says the state will address two issues in litigation: why we lie and why we lie so much.
    That's what it should say.
